Design Plus was commissioned to create a landscape concept for a villa in Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, emphasizing simplicity and low maintenance. The client requested minimal maintenance for most areas but wanted enhanced planting around the majlis building to highlight its entrance. In response, Design Plus added an additional seating area in front of the majlis. This not only maximizes the use of the well-planted area but also enhances the owner’s experience during the pleasant weather seasons.
